Another FBBB event and another great selection of music, freestyle and good times up at the Milton Keynes SnoZone . This time the FBBB crew had put up an even more varied night of freestyle entertainment with live music from the bar, pumped out onto the slope a crazy park set up and a sweet display of live graffiti art from Idle Joe , which at the end of the night looked too good to take off the wall!
It didn’t seem as busy at this FBBB compared to the last, perhaps as it’s mid season and a lot of riders are away on the real snow, but riders that did show and were greeted with the most crazy park ever seen at MK but it was a good laugh and proved to be quite a challenge to the riders that did get out and have a slide.
The two barrel stalls set up in close proximity to the table top and c rail, really made sure the riders were on their toes and the extra fluffy snow conditions made sure that quite a few of the riders were also on their butts too.. they were still good times and at least it made for soft landings when you stacked !
A nice late addition, in the absence of a kicker, was made by the FBBB crew - a pretty sweet step-up to barrel stall made for some air time, while the monster beats of DJ Ch!co ( another quality set) and the other live acts that FBBB had brought in for the night pumped out the tunes. Wicked sets from Pyro Stardust, Joe Driscoll and 8-Fold kept the party going until the end…well fresh sounds, always good to hear.
McJay was in fine voice on the mic and encourage a solid session on the barrels - with plenty of styled out jibbery, airs and excellent stacks!
Again, a good fun evening, and it’s always good to see the effort that goes into organising these events. Nights like this are always good to get out to and have some fun when you can’t get out to the mountains.
Sweet as FBBB
