Fear of the Park photo comp is go

Read these words from our friends at Fear of the Park...

It’s been a while, but the crew at FoTP have finally got it back together and the Photo Competition officially starts again on the 1st of September 2007 – so come along, join in and upload those shots!

After our first competition being such a great success - we had hundreds of entries over the year and over 1200 votes for the final - we thought it would be sensible to hold another one, but this time we have changed the rules, so that more of you will get the chance to win some of the goodies on offer.

The competition is judged on a monthly basis, and each monthly winner will then be placed in the showcase on the home page, and automatically entered into the grand finale!

However, in last year’s competition, only shots from the UK scene were legible to win.

This year, we’ve changed the scenario, and uploaded photographs from anywhere in the world are legible to win - but it has to be you, showing off your freestyle skill with either a set of skis, a snowboard or a camera.

So we want to see your freestyle shots from around the globe – it cold be a shot of you tweaking out that first Smith grind, or a picture of Shaun White you snapped at the European Open – if it’s freestyle, then upload it!

Full details and rules for this 2007/08 competition are available on the site. A comprehensive guide showing you how to upload your shots amongst other things will also be available very shortly – so get to the gallery and upload those snaps.

There are more great prizes on offer each month, with another amazing overall winner’s prize to be announced. (Last years winner walked away with a new snowboard and a holiday courtesy of Sputnik Snowboard Shop and The Freestyle Concept!)
